Sony Blu-ray and Disney both chose my old company to create online training systems to allow sales associates at places like Best Buy and other retailers to learn the details about the Blu-ray system to help them sell to new customers. Disney was involved with trying to sell its titles in the Blu-ray catalog through Buena Vista home entertainment and needed a training system with quizzes to confirm that employees had retained the information from the courses they took online.
The links below lead to a couple of examples of the multimedia side of the quizzes. The bulk of the training course was simple multiple choice questions accompanied by video seminars, but the course was interspersed with multimedia segments to keep things more lively and interesting in line with the reputations of both Disney and Sony, which were quite strict with their production requirements!
